What We Do

We are a delegation of 16 people with a fiscal agent based in Kenya – The Kenya Legal & Ethical Issues Network on HIV and AIDS (KELIN).  The policy direction is set by the entire delegation and our constituency (NGOs in the developing world) are represented by a Board Member and an Alternate Board Member at the Global Fund Board table.

Our Vision

A world free of the burden of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, with full respect for human rights, equity and health for all.

 

Our Mission

The Developing Country NGO Delegation works to strengthen the meaningful engagement of civil society actors, organizations and networks in developing countries to contribute towards achieving the vision through the Global Fund Board.

The DCNGO Delegation is underpinned by the following guiding values
