Yolanda Paul

Yolanda Paul is currently the manager of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Unit at the University of the West Indies at Mona, Jamaica. She sits on the Jamaica Country Coordinating Mechanism and has assumed several roles within the Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP), working with a wide range of key partners within the regional HIV response. She joined the Global Fund’s Developing Country NGO Delegation in 2019 and assumed the role of Vice Chair of the Implementer Group in 2022.
