Andriy Klepikov is Executive director of the Alliance for Public Health (APH), one the largest HIV and TB focused NGO in Ukraine and in the entire EECA region. Andriy brings over 20 years of innovative and ambitious leadership in HIV/TB, and broader health and human rights agenda. Being APH’s founding director, he is currently managing the organization implementing complex and comprehensive HIV prevention, treatment and care program as well as other programs aimed at fighting TB, HCV and other deceases. His management portfolio includes nation-wide, regional and global projects. Since the start of the Russian war against Ukraine, Andriy has led APH in mobilizing resources, adjusting and sustaining HIV and TB programs, organizing large-scale humanitarian efforts, and delivering life-saving services in a challenging operating environment, including in conflict areas. Andriy has been involved in the Delegation since 2014, serving as Global Fund Board Member and Alternate Board Member from June 2019 to June 2023, as well sitting on the Strategy Committee from October 2021 to September 2022, now continuing as Audit and Finance Committee member representing the DCNGO Delegation. His governance role includes Governing Council member of IAS; Chair of the Oversight Advisory Committee, TBEC; Partnership Council Member and Frontline AIDS.
