The SCOPE study is a new project aiming to measure the implementation of health programmes by community-led organizations. - Develop a community-created list of the Global Fund programmes and activities that must be implemented by community-led organizations (CLOs)
- Describe the landscape of CLOs serving as Principal Recipients (PRs)
- Measure the implementation of community-focused programs by CLOs at the sub-recipient (SR) and sub-sub-recipient (SSR) level
